***Call/Text Messages/SNS Notification Or Connection Troubleshooting:
- Please uninstall the "Onlyfit" APP from your phone and download again. Allow all permission requests(Phone/Messaging/Call log) when you install the" Onlyfit" APP. Also make sure the permissions of "Onlyfit" must be enabled to have it run in the background so notifications will come through. (*Note:The watch will not receive any text/call notification if you only connect it with your phone via Bluetooth but not "OnlyFit" APP)
- Check if the call/text/SNS notifications are able to display on your phone's notification bar or not. If not, please allow them to pop-up on the notification bar via phone settings: Setting->Notifications-> 'Phone'&'Messages'&'SNS APP you need'->Tick the "Banners" and "Always Show Previews".
- Connect the watch with your phone via the "Onlyfit" APP. Open the APP->Click the "watch" symbol below-> Click "Notification Reminder"->Turn on both "Notification permission" & "Access accessibility"(Android) or "Total Switch"(iPhone) above->Tick all the APP you need below. Go back to the homepage of APP and swipe down the screen to save the settings.
- Please disable the DND mode of watch.(Turn off the moon icon of the watch)
- *If it still doesn't work after trying the steps above, there might be some compatibility issues. Please delete the "Onlyfit” APP and delete "SW022" from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone.(Make sure it is been deleted) Download another APP "Gloryfit" and connect the watch to fix the issue.
